Provide meaningful, individualized occupational therapy services for students - helping them build the functional, academic, sensory, and life skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. As a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will design and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and guide therapy services across educational settings. 5,000 Sign-On Bonus to welcome you to the team!

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs and clinical needs

Complete data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Recommend adaptive strategies, environmental modifications, and assistive equipment as needed

Provide consultation, training, and guidance to school staff and COTAs when applicable

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations related to occupational therapy services

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)

IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Experience in school-based or pediatric settings supporting children with learning, developmental, sensory, or social-emotional needs

Strong understanding of IEP development, special education processes, and intervention planning
