RRT- Hospital - Respiratory

The staff respiratory therapist will demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and other multidisciplinary assigned skills as defined by training and competency demonstration. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. The role may include working with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

The Respiratory Therapist will execute all assigned respiratory care tasks while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and respiratory standards. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and respiratory students may be required.

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date (NBRC‑CRT)

Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP – State)
