• Must have dialysis experience.
• Must have peritoneal dialysis experience.
• Ability to work with adults and pediatrics.

Description:
Perform hemodialysis treatments in the dialysis unit.
The average number of patients per day is about 20.
The average number of providers in the clinic per day is 6-7 nurses, 1 AKI MD, and 1 ESRD MD.
Common diagnoses include End-Stage Renal Disease and Acute Kidney Injuries.
Shifts are flexible and may include a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts to meet a 36-hour weekly requirement.
Coverage is required every Saturday.
Weekend shifts will be 8 hours if a combination is utilized.
Holidays are rotated among employees.
No on-call or standby requirements.
First to float if necessary.
Scrub color is royal blue and white.
Three shifts are required for orientation.
Medical Assistants or CNAs are not utilized in this role.
Charting system used is Epic.
