The Infusion RN is responsible for providing safe, patient-centered care to individuals receiving IV infusion therapies. This position involves administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to all safety and clinical standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant infusion area, including inventory and medication preparation.Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medication effects, and post-care instructions.Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care delivery.Adhere to infection control policies, safety procedures, and state/federal regulations.Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsGraduate of an accredited nursing program (required).Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona (required).Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (required).Prior experience in an infusion center or IV therapy setting (required).Strong understanding of infusion pumps, medication administration, and emergency procedures.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and accurate documentation.Work EnvironmentOutpatient medical clinic setting.Consistent weekday schedule—no weekend or holiday shifts.About the PracticeThis is a growing, patient-centered outpatient clinic specializing in neurological and infusion care.
