Advanced math and analytical skills with the ability to effectively evaluate risk and provide effective solutions

A natural collaborator with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and coworkers

Walk, talk, and demonstrate safety as a second language

Risk management from start to finish

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field

Proven knowledge of key trade subcontractors in Colorado is a big plus

Competence in Excel

Experience with BIM, Assemble, On-Screen Take-off, Timberline and/or Sketch-up

3+ years of field experience with a general contractor preferably in the Denver Metro
