Patient Advocate- Tampa
MaxHealth in Tampa is looking to hire a full-time Patient Advocate- who will be a strategic part of the outreach team and will be part of our combined effort to talk to existing and prospective patients. Outreach will be over the phone and in person at times, to educate them on the unique benefits of becoming a patient at MaxHealth.

Location- Tampa (Work from Home flexibility after successful completion of training)
Starting Salary- $23.00 per hour base plus quarterly productivity bonus
Hours- Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsible for Outbound Calling efforts to Prospective Patients who we have met at community events or have responded to marketing activities in the past. Outbound follow-up to Existing Patients involves calling to assure they come in for their Preventative Care Visits and other Patient Outreach as designated.
Managing a pipeline, logging current call activity, and making sure you are following up with prospective patients when needed.
Working with the Field Outreach Team to schedule prospective patients to attend local community events including health fairs, presentations at senior centers, activities at churches and food pantries, and any place where adults on Medicare may benefit from learning about MaxHealth services.
1-3 years Call Center Experience, preferably in Healthcare Field
