Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Rice Lake, Wisconsin

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center team. As a CNA, you'll work closely with our world-class health care professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with both positions available, including working every other weekend.

Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, transferring and repositioning, and reporting changes in condition to the nurse

Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Demonstrate exceptional customer service and a commitment to our residents' overall well-being

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Previous LTC/Nursing home experience is preferred

Exceptional customer service and friendly/energetic demeanor
