RRT - Respiratory Care - NICU

Providing specialized respiratory care to adult patients in a fast-paced clinical environment, the Respiratory Therapist will manage ventilator settings, monitor patient response, and support clinical staff. This is a 13-week travel contract with daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Administer respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and ventilator management.
Monitor patient conditions, interpret critical data, and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic medical records.
Maintain proper equipment functionality and adhere to safety protocols.
Follow all facility policies, including ACLS, BLS, and other relevant certifications.
Possess current ACLS, BLS, and RRT certification for adult patient care.
Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in ICU, NICU, or PICU settings.
Exhibit strong clinical skills in ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
Gain valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare setting with diverse patient populations.
Collaborate with a dedicated, experienced team utilizing the latest respiratory technology.
