Perform routine facility walk-throughs and report findings to the property manager and/or maintenance staff
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment; Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Attend required meetings and training sessions
Report maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and power washers
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 3 years of janitorial experience (commercial experience preferred)
Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
Basic proficiency with technology (Outlook, mobile devices, computers)
Travel Requirements

Up to 50% travel may be required for Senior Day Porters covering multiple locations
