TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30308!

Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit managing diagnoses including CHF, COPD, DM, Sepsis, Pneumonia, GI Bleeding, AMS, HTN, Renal Failure, and Heart Failure
Perform and interpret telemetry cardiac monitoring
Assist with unit-level procedures including lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, nasogastric tube insertion, and feeding tube insertion
Accurately document patient assessments and care using electronic health record systems
Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Minimum 18 months of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
Proficiency with telemetry interpretation
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Familiarity with procedures such as lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, and feeding tube insertions in an acute care setting
Opportunity to work in a high-acuity Telemetry environment with exposure to a broad range of complex diagnoses and procedures
Contract placement offering schedule consistency with 12-hour day shifts
