Customer Service Officers

We are seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you excel at helping people, staying organized, and communicating clearly, we can teach you the automotive side. The day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control. Prior dealership or service advisor experience is not required; we provide full training.

Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
Maintain strong follow‑up and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid commercial driver’s license & clean driving record
Strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
Willingness to learn automotive systems and processes
