As a full‑time BCBA at Applied ABC, you’ll carry an active caseload, lead a team of RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver individualized, evidence‑based services that create meaningful progress for children and their families. Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis, adjust programming accordingly, and support clients during crisis situations

Active BCBA certification, Master’s Degree in ABA or related field, current 8‑hour supervision certificate, and state licensure where applicable

Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across varying ages and support levels

Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

Experience in clinic‑based, hybrid, in‑home, or community‑based ABA settings

Passion for parent training and family‑centered care

An assigned Case Manager to handle case support and administrative needs

A specialized Clinical Support team to guide you through onboarding, help new BCBAs learn our systems and processes, and provide ongoing support with treatment plans, client assessments, and more
