SERVER / BARTENDER FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE

Position Summary:

Servers will provide amazing guest service while taking orders, answering any menu or food-related questions while also working to sell the venue’s food and drinks. Will take payments, communicate orders including special food requests to the kitchen staff and help with any customer service and cleaning.
Pay: Minimum Wage
Responsibilities:
Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Courage to check guests’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Collect payments from customers.
Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Respect while presenting menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
Serve food or beverages to guests.
Own it by cleaning tables or counters after guests have finished dining.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Excellence when performing cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom.
Inform customers of daily specials.
Roll silverware, set up food stations, or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.
Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers.
Provide guests with information about local areas, including directions.
Own it by garnishing and decorating dishes in preparation for serving.
Courage to embrace other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Spirit exemplifying a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with food runners, bussers, cooks, bartenders, and other venue staff.
Respect exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to handle money accurately and operate point of sale systems.
Excellence in strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good attitude towards teamwork
Own it with your ability to exceed customer expectations.
Be able to be motivational and positive.

401k Information:
You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
