WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Warehouse Associate / Forklift OperatorWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift, unloading trucks, preparing orders for delivery, and assisting at the service counter when needed. The ideal candidate is flexible, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materialsUnload trucks and process incoming shipmentsPrepare and stage orders for customer delivery and pickupShip LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) orders accurately and efficientlyOperate a sit-down forklift to move and organize inventoryPerform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiativesAssist customers at the counter as neededSupport multiple areas of warehouse operations based on business needsMaintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practicesRequired Qualifications6 months to 1 year of recent, consistent warehouse experience6 months to 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experienceComfortable working at heights up to 15 feetStable work history with no employment gaps greater than 3 months unless clearly explainedForklift operating experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand throughout the entire shiftStrong multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsFlexible and willing to support different warehouse functions as neededPreferred QualificationsOrder picker experience (training may be provided)Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, delivery support, or warehouse operationsProduct knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processesExperience with cycle counting and inventory management
