Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company proceduresIdentify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track

5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction

Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects

Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
