Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions incorporating evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and third-wave therapies. \Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to monitor and assess client outcomes effectively. \Provide families with essential resources and support aimed at enriching their child's development and emotional health. \Document clinical progress and interactions meticulously using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. \Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed regarding the latest advances in mental health practices. \You will work with clients facing mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required. \Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory. \Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word, as well as familiarity with digital mental health tools. \Demonstrated competence in maintaining accurate electronic health records and clinical documentation. \Experience with group therapy and interventions utilizing third-wave therapeutic strategies (e.g., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy). \Health insurance \n
