Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 4x10 2nd shift hours: 3pm - 1am (rotating day off)

We are seeking a skilled Welder II where you'll contribute to producing high-quality laboratory equipment used by pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and research institutions.
Apply expertise in MIG and TIG welding to fabricate precision components according to engineering specifications.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain quality standards.
Demonstrate excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring each product meets our rigorous quality standards.
High School Diploma/ GED required
Welding certification highly preferred
One (1) year of hands-on welding experience with MIG and TIG processes preferred.
Experience with quality control processes and first piece production review preferred
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and engineering specifications
Demonstrated proficiency in setting up and operating welding equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Visual acuity for detailed product assembly and inspection
Demonstrated ability to identify and report quality issues promptly
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle bulky parts
Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift
