Production Patternmaker

Amanda Uprichard is a New York City based women’s contemporary fashion brand designed for the sophisticated, feminine woman. Her collections of Dresses, Jumpsuits, Tops & Bottoms can be found across retailers nationwide, in addition to amandauprichard.com and online retailers including Shopbop and Revolve.

We are looking for an Experienced Patternmaker to join our Design Team. Creating patterns that are accurate, well-fitting to design intention and clearly executable forrespective cutters, sample makers and offshore factories
Maintaining accurate yield and measurement specifications for manufacture and costing
Participate in all development and production fittings
Executing pattern alterations and grading rules for production
Working with the in-house sample cutters and makers to oversee the completion of high-quality samples
Consistent communication with the production team to ensure high-quality fit and finishes and review of pre-production samples

Have an eye for cut an silhouette and the ability to interpret the designer's vision.
