Veterinarian Clinic Assistant

Overview The Falls Animal Clinic in Palmetto Bay is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team.
We are a privately owned, small animal hospital focused on delivering superior patient care along with exceptional client experience. We have created a positive work culture fostering personal and professional development. The clinic operates 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and 9-1pm Saturday. We are a friendly, team‑oriented, and supportive clinic that values work‑life balance.
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks Support and assist veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care.
Maintain and update medical records, administer medications, and treatments.
Assist with dog walking, cage cleaning, and general hospital cleaning.
Be computer literate (we are a paperless practice).
Answer all incoming calls using excellent telephone etiquette.
Provide consistent quality customer service and education to every client.
