This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $84,500
$0.59- $0.64per mile
Detention pay per hour: $23- $30
Drop and hook per stop: $53
Live load/unload per stop: $73
Refrigerated per load: $40
Crosstown per load: $25
Empty search per hour: $203
Mechanical breakdown per hour: $23
Mechanical tractor repositioning:$23
Truck order not used: $23
Waiting on truck per hour: $23
Yard checks per hour: $23
Safety training pay per hour: $23
Mandatory in-person roundtables and safety meetings per hour: $30
