Aesthetic Registered Nurse (Part - Time)

Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) – Westport, CT. Part-Time. minimum 3 days per week with one of those days on Friday or Monday; clinic operating hours as posted (11 hours scheduled, 10 hours worked after breaks); minimum 1 day per week with regular 1-2 days and ability to up to 3 days per week; Ability to commute to home clinic and periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The RN collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, a passion for client care, and the ability to support the clinic in achieving its overall performance goals.

Clinic Manager

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.

Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools.

Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales.

Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements.

Strong team collaboration to work seamlessly with clinic staff to achieve shared goals.

Attention to detail in following medical protocols and prioritize client safety.

Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under the direction of medical protocols and company standards.

Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history, obtaining informed consent, and addressing client questions or concerns.

Administer treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the procedure.

Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of treatments, as well as post-treatment care instructions.

Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed about their care plan.

Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive and professional client experience.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to medical or clinic leadership.

Partner with the clinic team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment.

Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure seamless client care and clinic operations.

Support clinic goals by promoting additional services, skincare products, or treatment packages to clients.

Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, documenting and reporting any issues to clinic leadership.

Participate in training sessions or continuing education to learn new treatments or technologies.

Provide mentorship or guidance to new nurses or clinic staff as needed.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as inventory checks or restocking treatment supplies.

Collaborate with clinic leadership to provide feedback on treatment protocols or client needs.

Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service.

Travel and Flexibility

Travel is not a requirement but may occasionally involve providing support to neighboring stores during peak times or special events.

This role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of high-volume clinic environments.

The Aesthetician role is an on-site role, requiring a strong presence during assigned shifts to lead operations, engage with clients, and support team success.
