: Physical Therapist (5k Sign On Bonus) Location: Carrollton Regional Medical Center - Carrollton, TX Salary: Carrollton Regional Medical Center (CRMC), a 216-bed acute care hospital and part of Sana Healthcare, LLC, has proudly served the Carrollton community since 2020. We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities, helping them restore or improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This position involves developing personalized care plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Provide medically prescribed physical therapy in accordance with physician orders
Perform re-evaluations and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, techniques, and use of adaptive equipment
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Aides, and students as assigned
Recommend and assist in the use or fabrication of orthotics, prosthetics, and adaptive devices
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Provide care across a variety of patient populations, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
Travel between departments or locations as required
Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and handling of equipment or patients (20-50 lbs.)
Clinical setting with exposure to rehabilitation equipment and patient interaction
May involve travel between treatment areas or facilities as needed
