About Us Therapy (PT/OT/ST)
From infants to collegiate and professional athletes to senior citizens, Freeman therapists perform functional evaluations to develop and implement treatment plans for the best therapeutic outcomes for our patients.
Services include Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy.
Independently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers/documents care, and provides d/c planning on all physician referred patients. Performs tasks in compliance with the professional code of ethics, standards of practice, state/national regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies/procedures.
Current Speech Therapist licensure in state of practice.
Auto liability insurance.
Must register with and successfully pass the Family Care Safety Registry upon hire. For more information and to register please visit health.Must be able to successfully pass KDADS criminal record check upon hire.
