EAP Counselor - Full Time

Provides therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering personal growth and resilience in clients with behavioral health diagnoses. This role involves significant decision-making regarding the implementation of interventions and adjustments to treatment plans based on client progress.

Engages with newly assigned clients and their families by documenting contact within 2 business days of the referral.

Develops individualized care plans that are person centered, family centered, and service centered.

Provides community support, care coordination/case management, and crisis intervention services.

Knowledge of community geographical awareness and of community and agency resources.

Proficiency in customer service techniques, demonstrated through effective resolution of client issues.

Advanced problem-solving skills, evidenced by successful project outcomes.

Familiarity with digital communication systems, including Electronic Health Record for managing client interactions.

Expertise in virtual communication platforms, ensuring clear and effective remote interactions.

Master's Degree in Human Services field, licensure eligibility required
