HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

HARPS Global is currently focused on realising the benefits of the acquisition of Sempermed, including the expansion of its multi-million-dollar distribution network and the development of exciting new products.
Join our HR team and help foster a positive, productive, and compliance workplace. Support employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and HR compliance while contributing to a customer excellence culture.
Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support performance management and employee development.
Address employee concerns and promote positive employee relations.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Support HR reporting and data analysis.
1–2 years of HR experience through education and/or hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems preferred.
