Project Scope, Schedule and Financial Management; Planning, Control and Monitoring; Forecasting

Actuals vs Baseline/Budget/Fcst comparison and reporting

Project Risk, Action, Issue and Dependency Management

Project Change Requests Project Stakeholder Management

Run Steering Committee Meetings

Resource Management (Team mobilization + Resource demand + allocations)

Vendor performance monitoring and management

PO creation and invoice approvals

Objective and transparent Project Reporting

PMO + Project Deliverables Stage Gate + Ways of Working compliance

Escalate and resolve issues and conflicts per escalation paths

Facilitate workshops, problem solving and decision making sessions

Ensure quality of team deliverables and documentation

Ensure Organizational Change Management and Service Handover

Accountability through direct

Program Leader oversight w/ Objectives and KPIs.
