Head of Business Analysis and Planning

Offered Position: Manager III, Plan/Dev

Lead a team of Business Analysts to develop and maintain reporting for tier 1 hiring operations. Promote best practices and standards for SQL, Python, and AWS services solutions. Provide deep dive analysis to support process improvement for central operations, quality, tech implementation, and data science. Establish a repeatable process and structure to scale the business. Providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Plan, manage, and control the activities of a team or teams of analysts that provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.
