Physician - Hematology and Oncology - Hematologist/Oncologist

Setting: Outpatient clinic with call

One consistent Monday Monday week per month (7 shifts)

Clinic hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM plus night/weekend call (limited, rarely returns onsite)

Max 15 patients/day

New visits 30 min Follow-ups 15 min

Scope includes chemo, immunotherapy, transfusions, LPs, radiation, ablation

No acute leukemia or sickle cell patients

Start ASAP (privileges days)

Requirements:

MD/DO, completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship, board certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology, KY or compact license preferred, BLS/ACLS, DEA, EPIC experience.
