Full Time Physiatrist Needed
The Staff Pad
The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center , a critical access hospital in beautiful northeastern California, to hire a Physical Therapist . You’ll work across outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing settings , providing one‑on‑one care and making a direct impact in a close‑knit community.

Provide prescribed physical therapy treatments and evaluate effectiveness
Maintain accurate documentation and billing
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Active California Physical Therapist license
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapy modalities
Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
15,000 Sign‑On Bonus (Full‑Time)
