Compensation & Benefits

• 320,000 Base Salary + WRVU Incentives
• 50,000 Signing Bonus
• 20,000 Annual Loan Repayment

Practice Highlights

Primarily outpatient psychiatry with strong continuity of care

1:4 call schedule

Full behavioral health continuum:

Outpatient psychiatry clinic

Intensive outpatient addiction services

32-bed inpatient mental health unit (IMHU)

Hospitalist team manages medical H&Psfocus on psychiatry

Modernized facilities designed to support healing and patient comfort

Serving a catchment population of 250,000, including a diverse military population from Fort Drum

Approximately 2,300 patients annually with consistent clinical volume

Established team of:

3 Board-Certified Psychiatrists

Experienced nursing staff

14 behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LMSW, PsyD)

Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Strong outpatient follow-up infrastructure for continuity of care

Additional Opportunities

Work with a wide range of diagnoses, including PTSD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring substance use

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Patient-centered, team-oriented approach

Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
