Mustang Cat is hiring a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units, including Service Administration, Parts, Warehouse, Sales, and other operational roles. This position plays a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to support operational hiring needs.

Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and hiring timelines

Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and workforce partnerships

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles

Conduct structured phone screens and behavioral interviews

Coordinate interviews and collect hiring feedback from stakeholders

Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity

Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred)

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

Experience recruiting in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments
