Bartender (Remote)

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is responsible for maintaining beverage quality, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, accurately processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional guest service and beverage recommendations.
Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
Verify IDs, follow Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS) policies, and prevent underage or unsafe alcohol consumption.
Accurately process orders, payments, comps, voids, and waste through the POS system.
Monitor and restock beverage inventory; assist with inventory counts and minimize waste.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and work areas.
Complete opening, operating, and closing duties.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold company hospitality, safety, and service standards at all times.
Requirements
Food Safety and TABC Certification required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
