Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift 3x12The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality care by ensuring adherence to the nursing care plan. This role includes supervising Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees.ResponsibilitiesPerform a nursing assessment on all patients within 8 hours of admission, forming the basis of an individualized care plan.Provide timely patient status updates for team conferences and ensure accurate documentation of assessments and interventions in the medical record.Participate in patient rehabilitation programs, delivering direct patient care while prioritizing education for patients and their families.Communicate changes in patient status among care providers to ensure continuity and safety.Supervise and provide direction to ancillary nursing personnel while utilizing effective decision-making and organizational skills.Maintain personal and environmental safety by following hospital policies and procedures.Contribute positively to the unit's functioning and engage in team-building activities.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS certification required prior to first shift (for CIRH only).ScheduleThis position requires a Day Shift schedule working 3x12 hour shifts.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
