Phlebotomist PRN weekend

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Miami, FL.
Work Schedule: This is a casual/per diem position, hours will be as needed. Start and end times will vary from Monday- Friday 6:30am-3:30pm and weekends.
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or equivalent

Phlebotomy certification or 6 months or more of phlebotomy experience

In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data
PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
