Phlebotomist IIPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Columbus OH 43213.Job Details: Schedule: 7 am - 5pm M-F Will also be required to rotate Saturdays Location: Columbus OH 43213 Float / Coverage Area: This is a float position, candidates will travel to prison locations in Orient, OH and London, OH Job Type: [Local contract / Permanent/ Per Diem] Contract Length: 3 months Pay Range: $22/hour* Mileage Reimbursement (if applicable): Yes *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Responsibilities: Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc. Properly explain in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. Check all test requisitions or computer labels against the script to ensure 100% correctness.
