The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department,
ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer satisfaction, and a high-performing
Lead service technicians and advisors by setting clear performance goals and maintaining
Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and improve technician efficiency, repair accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure technicians are fully prepared with the required parts, tools, and information for each repair
- Ensure all service work meets or exceeds safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to company specifications
- Support technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs while staying current with evolving
automotive technology
• Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment is safe to operate
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team
- Strong expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair
- In-depth knowledge of Chryslers systems, tools, equipment, and software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and customers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
