As a Home Infusion Nurse, you'll provide one on one, skilled clinical care to patients where they feel most comfortable-at home or in an ambulatory infusion suite. This role offers true autonomy, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and caregivers while delivering life changing therapies. You'll have the support of a multidisciplinary care team, comprehensive training, and the resources you need to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate infusion care.

Travel in Roseville, MN and Twin Cities metro areas.

Travel to patient homes and related sites using a personal or rental vehicle in accordance with company travel policies

Provide safe and compliant infusion services in accordance with Optum Infusion Pharmacy policies, protocols, and physician orders

Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers, including education on self-care and self-administration

Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy, including home safety, caregiver support, and patient independence

Obtain and maintain accurate patient medical histories, clinical assessments, and all required documentation, including plans of care, visit notes, medication profiles, and discharge summaries

Deliver skilled nursing care across a range of patient ages and conditions based on physician orders and treatment plans

Administer medications and monitor patient responses, including managing infusion reactions, vital signs, side effects, and lab collection

Communicate patient status and therapy response promptly with physicians, pharmacists, supervisors, and other care team members

Assist in staff orientation and training, serving as a clinical educator and resource as requested

Mileage reimbursement in alignment with IRS Standard mileage rates

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota

One or more years of RN experience in a clinical setting supporting infusion or IV therapy (e.g., ICU, Med Surg, ED, PACU)

Pediatric experience or open to training for pediatric infusions

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EMR platforms

Knowledge of Infusion Nursing Society (INS) standards

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
