As a key member of our front-of-house team, they guide guests through the menu and build the genuine connections that bring people back. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing menu guidance.Maintain detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary restrictions.Deliver food and beverages efficiently across all service areas.Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling.Coordinate with other servers to ensure balanced coverage of all areas.Maintain cleanliness standards through diligent pre-bussing, prompt clearing of dishes and glassware, meticulous surface cleaning, and consistent floor maintenance.Support special events and private functions as needed.Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.Participate in training and knowledge development programs.Be ready and willing to help with other job-related duties and service tasks as needed.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
