FULL TIME Associate Attorney

We are currently partnering with growing law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Attorney to join our legal team in Pittston, PA. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an individual looking to develop their legal career in a collaborative and professional environment.
The attorney will work closely with senior attorneys on a variety of legal matters, including legal research, drafting legal documents, case preparation, client communication, and courtroom support. This role offers valuable hands-on experience and mentorship in a fast-paced legal setting.
Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document collection
- Attend court hearings, client meetings, and legal proceedings as needed
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and legal analysis
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 0–2 years of legal experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Previous internship, clerkship, or litigation experience is a plus
