HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting
LHH
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong Paycom expertise to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee relations, workers' compensation claims, leave of absence (LOA) administration, return-to-work programs, onboarding, training, and compliance. 4- 6 years of HR Generalist experience
Experience conducting employee training and onboarding
Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
Manage employee relations and HR compliance
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee training
Maintain employee records and HRIS data in Paycom
