Our clinic is home to professionals with a sense of commitment, a sense of ownership, and a sense of humor.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation resultsReview the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment requiredProvide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversResponsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation techniciansComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goalsImplement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companiesEnsure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reportsQualificationsGraduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculumOne or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferredCurrently registered and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and CPR certifiedOutgoing and energetic personalityExperience in exercise and manual-based skills, McKenzie skilled, and sports rehabilitationNew graduates are welcome to applyAdditional InformationStrong compensationExcellent benefits package, including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time offMonthly productivity bonusContinuing educationEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipClinical mentorshipInvestment from a company that wants you to succeed and thriveApply today to join our passionate team.
