Outpatient Physical Therapist

The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to the patient’s needs, goals, and physician direction. This role is also responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. The therapist ensures the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate an effective return to community activities while serving as an educator to patients, families, students, coworkers, and self. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and insurance requirements.
Participate in the training and supervision of students, providing a positive learning environment.
Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and follow through with action plans aimed at enhancing service quality.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active and valid state licensure for Physical Therapy.
Previous experience with Select Medical is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a 5x8.This is a 13-week contract position.
