Shift:
15,000 Sign on Bonus available for eligible candidates
Assesses patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
Recognizes the patient or designee as a full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care based on respect for the patient's preferences, values, and needs.
Delivers relationship-based care, engaging patients in all aspects of care with respect for cultural differences and diversity.
Delegates tasks to non-RN personnel in accordance with State Board of Nursing and hospital policy.
Maintains thorough patient charts and records and documents ongoing status, interventions, patient response and outcomes in an accurate, timely manner.
Manages resources and patient flow by matching nursing competencies with individualized patient and unit needs.
Uses standards of care, hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to guide practice.
Proficient in customer relations
Proficient in using computer and visual interfaces
Able to learn and comprehend specialized software, such as hemodynamic monitoring software
Quick learner with the ability to follow departmental policies and procedures efficiently
Experience with Windows operating system
Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, including the circulatory and neuro systems
Maintains all required registries and licenses for performing Invasive Cardiology procedures
Skilled in operating x-ray equipment and knowledgeable in placing service calls
Experience in operating equipment across various Invasive Cardiology labs
Assists in the efficient patient flow through Invasive Cardiology areas
Participates in training new employees after achieving independence in each position
Documents and reports all procedures accurately and legibly in accordance with department policies
Recent acute care experience and EKG competency
Knowledge of critical care medication
Critical care skills
Associate's of Nursing [Required]
Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:
