Our pharmacy utilizes:
ScriptPro robotic dispensing
Liberty Pharmacy Management System (Liberty PMS)
Perpetual inventory management
Our goal is simple: give pharmacists the support they need to spend more time counseling patients, solving problems, building relationships, and improving care; Help patients navigate insurance, prior authorizations, medication access, and affordability challenges.
Identify opportunities to improve patient care through adherence programs, vaccinations, DME, supplements, OTC recommendations, MTM, and other pharmacist-led services.
Help maintain the flow of the pharmacy by coordinating workflow, supporting technicians, and ensuring patient care continues moving efficiently.
Review reimbursement and underpayment issues requiring pharmacist judgment.
You prefer highly structured corporate environments where every decision is made for you.
You're uncomfortable taking initiative or helping improve how work gets done.
Immunization license.
Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting.
Experience with DME billing, MTMs, vaccination clinics, adherence programs, or other clinical pharmacy services.
Experience with Liberty Pharmacy Management System (Liberty PMS).
Experience mentoring or supporting pharmacy technicians.
