Multimedia Graphic Design
Jobtailor
Collaborate with Business Leadership, Researchers, Strategists, Project Managers, and 2D, 3D, and Multimedia design teammates
Understand clients’ business problems and participate in strategic problem solving
Immerse in clients’ brands, audiences, market insights, and challenge contexts
Brainstorm, develop concepts, workflows, and frameworks through gestural layouts and sketches
Co-create and refine renderings, physical and digital mock-ups, animation, and VR experiences
Present human-centered strategic design approaches internally and externally
Create presentations communicating insights, strategies, and design solutions using PowerPoint, presentation software, and multimedia
Collaborate with creative production teams to develop final print and digital design files
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications
Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
Highly creative with amazing visualization skills
Understanding of UI/UX systems thinking
Knowledge of Figma is a bonus
Strong desire to contribute to an inclusive design environment
Desire to innovate, collaborate and co-create with diverse thinkers
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in graphic design and visual communications, with a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of UI/UX systems thinking. Capable of collaborating with diverse teams to innovate and create human-centered design solutions.
