Mortgage Loan Processor - Full-time - Remote

Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lending journey, the full-time Mortgage Loan Processor will manage the loan process from application through closing in a fully remote role for Dallas, TX residents only, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary customer advocate throughout the loan process, establishing trust and delivering exceptional service

Act as the central coordinator of the loan process, managing all parties involved and ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines

Identify and resolve potential customer concerns, utilizing effective service recovery techniques to create positive outcomes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

2 - 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, consumer lending, financial services, or customer service preferred

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish credibility with customers and business partners

Strong conflict resolution and service recovery skills

Proficiency with loan origination and customer relationship management systems
