The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced technology manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory control, processing inventory transactions, and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize inventory processes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Receive, store, issue, and track inventory to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and operational efficiency.
Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare inventory reports and support inventory audits and reporting activities.
Assist with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and preparing materials for distribution.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3+ Years of Experience
Proven experience optimizing inventory processes
Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience using ERP
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine warehouse responsibilities.
This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility to extend or potentially convert to permanent.
