QA Test EngineerWork Location: Alpharetta GA 30005 or Plano TX 75023Business Unit: DIGITALPositions Requested: 2Hours per Day: 8Hours per Week: 40Total Hours – contract initially up until 1/22/2024Project NameOrderGraphRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.8+ years of experience in the software quality field including prior hands-on quality engineering experience.2-4 years of experience in leading and managing QA resourcesUnderstanding of multi-tier web application architecture and micro-service technologies.Working knowledge of database, ability to write basic sql/nosql queries.Preferred QualificationsExperience in writing automation scripts using Java, TestNG, SeleniumStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including requirements analysis and basic application architecture knowledge.Familiarity with entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Performance and Volume, User Acceptance).Detailed and effective written communication skills for documenting the features tested and bugs found.Highly organized, detail oriented, extremely responsive and able to prioritize multiple tasks.Self-motivated, works well independently and with others.Technical SkillsSelenium, TestNG, Java, Java Script, Pact, REST Assured, Postman, Jira, Jira Align, Jenkins, SOASTA, Oracle, Nosql, MuleSoftDescriptionQuality Test role for automated as well as hands-on manual testing of assigned projects supporting various entities.Review requirements and writing, updating test cases, troubleshooting defects and analyzing test results.Execute test cases, logging defects, triaging defects and testing multiple mobile devices. Reporting status to Test lead and Test Mgr.Act as sub-lead for specific functional areas of a project or multiple concurrent projects.Participate in test planning and in testing activities on multiple devices for multiple projects.Testing - review requirements, analyzing requirements, determining testing needs, writing and reviewing test cases, running test cases, troubleshooting, logging and regressing defects and analyzing test results; point of escalation for team members and will work closely with project stakeholders.
