We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN RN to join our team at TruHeart Home Health - Bartlesville / Okmulgee area. As a PRN RN, you will provide prescribed nursing care services to patients in their homes, following a Plan of Care (POC) according to their needs. With our mission to redefine home health care, you will play a vital role in delivering unparalleled care that reflects our values of compassion, expertise, and dedication.

Develop and implement written Plans of Care with patients following physician's orders and according to agency guidelines

Perform and document nursing interventions, including patient education, according to the Plan of Care

Demonstrate knowledge and competency in performing baseline nursing skills, including wound care, lab draws, IVs, and more

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Document patient status accurately and concisely

Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services and identify areas for improvement

Conform to all applicable Agency policies and procedures

Continuously strive to improve nursing care through in-service education, formal education, and individual research

Assume accountability for reporting incidents and complaints according to Agency policy

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

One or more years of experience in home health or hospital setting

Current Oklahoma RN license, CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance

Ability to interact with a computer and iPad for charting and documentation
