Pipefitter Journeyman Needed ASAP

Journeyman PipefittersHouston Industrial Tradesmen is seeking experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for immediate full-time opportunities. We are looking for skilled professionals with experience in industrial, refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or commercial environments who can accurately install, fabricate, assemble, and maintain piping systems while working safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:Install, assemble, fabricate, and repair carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping systemsRead and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, blueprints, and spool drawingsMeasure, cut, bevel, thread, and prepare pipe for installationPerform precise pipe fit-up using hand and power toolsInstall valves, flanges, fittings, supports, and related piping componentsWork closely with welders to ensure proper fit-up and alignmentVerify measurements, elevations, and pipe layouts according to project specificationsPerform hydro testing and assist with system pressure testing as requiredMaintain a clean and organized work area while following OSHA and company safety proceduresWork efficiently to meet production schedules and project deadlinesRequirements:Journeyman Pipefitter experience in industrial or commercial constructionAbility to read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, and weld symbolsExperience fitting carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy pipingProficient with pipe cutting, threading, beveling, and layoutExperience using hand tools, power tools, pipe machines, grinders, and precision measuring equipmentKnowledge of pipe supports, hangers, valves, flanges, and piping systemsAbility to work from detailed drawings with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of OSHA safety standards and safe work practicesReliable transportation and excellent attendanceAbility to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding workWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as project demands requireQualifications:Minimum 3+ years of industrial pipefitting experience preferredNCCER Pipefitter Certification is a plusTWIC Card preferredOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferredExperience in refineries, petrochemical plants, manufacturing facilities, or commercial constructionStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesSafety-focused with a commitment to quality workmanship
